Manage Vanceo

Permissions and Descriptions

The Vanceo "Manage Vanceo" default role contains the following permissions.

Default Permission Permission Group Description
Apply Process Vanceo Allows a user to apply a process to an associated transaction.
Assign or Remove Permissions for Vanceo Vanceo Allows a user to assign or remove permissions in Security Administration.
Assign Tasks for All Role(s) Vanceo Allows a user to assign tasks to any user in any workflow role.
Assign Tasks for My Role(s) Vanceo Allows a user to assign tasks to another user in their of workflow roles.
Basic Vanceo Access Vanceo Allows a user access to Vanceo. This is the minimum required permission for a Vanceo user.
Categorize Attachments Vanceo Allows a user to create categories for attachments.
Claim/Assign Inquiries Vanceo Allows a user to claim and assign inquiries.
Claim Assigned Tasks Vanceo Allows a user to claim an assigned task.
Claim Unassigned Tasks Vanceo Allows a user to claim an unassigned task.
Create Consumer/Commercial Transaction Vanceo Allows a user to create consumer and commercial transactions.
Delete Attachments Vanceo Allows a user to delete attachments.
Delete Consumer/Commercial Transaction Vanceo Allows a user to delete consumer and commercial transactions.
Delete Inquiry Vanceo Allows a user to delete an inquiry.
Export/Import Process Templates Vanceo Along with the “Manage Process Templates” permission, allows a user to export/import a single process template.
Import/Export Consumer/Commercial Transaction Vanceo Allows a user to import and export consumer and commercial transactions.
Manage Attachment Categories Vanceo Allows a user to view, add, and delete categories for attachments.
Manage Branding Options Vanceo Allows a user to manage branding options.
Manage Library Tasks Vanceo Along with the “Manage Process Templates” permission, allows a user to view library tasks, add tasks to the library, edit and delete custom library tasks.
Manage Process Templates Vanceo Allows a user to create, edit, copy, deactivate, activate, and delete Vanceo Process Templates. This permission also allows user to view library tasks.
Manage Roles Vanceo Allows a user to view and edit workflow roles.
Manage Stage Order Vanceo Allows a user to customize the stage order that can be used to filter transactions on the Transactions graph in a workflow process.
Manage Users Vanceo Allows a user to view and edit workflow roles assigned to users.
Manage Working Schedule Vanceo Allows a user to manage the working schedule (working days, working hours, time zone) that is used set due and completion dates when defining tasks in a workflow process.
Remove Process Vanceo Allows a user to remove a process associated to a transaction.
Rename Attachments Vanceo Allows a user to rename an attachment.
Reopen Tasks for All Roles Vanceo Allows a user to reopen any task for any workflow role after it has been completed.
Share Views Vanceo Allows a user to share views.
Stop Process Vanceo Allows a user to stop a process associated to a transaction. This also stops any currently active tasks.
Upload Attachments Vanceo Allows a user to upload attachments.
View Pipeline/Funding Reports Vanceo Allows a user to view pipeline and funding reports.
