Program Changes
  • Refinance Indicator Now Displays Correctly on the URLA

An issue was identified where refinance loans were not consistently reflected on the URLA, even though the Refinance option was selected on the Loan Definition screen. The issue occurred when refinance details were entered directly on the Loan Definition screen without first saving the application Loan Details. In such cases, the URLA Section L1 (Property and Loan Information) did not indicate that the loan was a refinance. This issue was resolved and refinance selections are now correctly captured and displayed on the URLA regardless of navigation order.

  • Fee Additions/Updates Now Save Correctly

An issue was identified where fees added without initially setting a “Paid To” value did not appear on the Application Fees Disclosure when the “Paid To” field was updated after fees were added. Additionally, certain fees initially created with a "Paid To" value and subsequently modified failed to correctly display on the disclosure.

In both cases, where a fee was saved first and the “Paid To” value was added or modified afterward, the update was not captured and the fee was missing or incorrectly added to the disclosure. This issue was resolved so that Fees now display correctly on the disclosure regardless of whether the “Paid To” value is set when the fee is created or updated afterward.
