Using Cover Pages

The UseCoverPage element allows users to indicate that cover pages will be produced for all documents that cannot handle barcodes in the tagline; for example: documents using integrated disclosure stylesheet and select static and embedded PDF documents. The UseCoverPage element is used within the SelectAndGenerate and Generate API calls.

This option is not required; however, if selecting this option, cover pages will display.

Additional Guidelines

Barcode cover pages are only generated when the following conditions are met:

• Form_Barcode field does not exist on any page AND
• Ancillary output barcode request contains <UseCoverPage>true</UseCoverPage>
