Complete a Decision Task

Selecting a decision outcome marks a decision task with a Completed status .

A decision outcome can be selected by any of the following actions:

Select and select a decision outcome on the Tasks grid.
Select and select a decision outcome for a specific task on the Transaction Summary page.
Select and select a decision outcome on Task Details page.

When selecting a decision outcome, a comment may be entered. The comment will display as a comment on the Task Details page.

Note:

Because decision tasks require selecting a decision outcome, they cannot be completed as part of a bulk operation on the Tasks grid or Transaction Summary. Decision tasks cannot be reopened.

Decision outcomes are available to users with same roles and permissions required to complete an ordinary task.
