How many key factors are included on the disclosures required for the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA)?

Five key factors are included. If five factors are passed back from the interface, the last one will be 'number of inquiries'.

If four key factors are passed and one of them is 'number of inquiries', it can be any item in the list.
