Why can't I remove the default text from the 'l. Other Credits' row in Details of Transaction/Transaction Worksheet section of the Uniform Residential Loan Application and the Universal Credit Application Real Estate documents?

The first two rows of 'l. Other Credits' are set aside for earnest money and fees paid by lenders or others. The defaulted text can be changed and will not impact whether or not the dollar amount continues to default from the Fees section of the Calculations page.
