Overview
The diagram below summarizes the data flow of information between ComplianceOne and the SettlementOne Credit Service.

- The SettlementOne Credit Service receives a required set of party data for a specific transaction from ComplianceOne mortgage for either a new or reissue credit request.
- The user typically begins a new transaction in ComplianceOne mortgage, enters minimum party data, and requests credit reporting services.
- The SettlementOne Credit Service Interface (acting as the intermediary), receives
this request along with the party data from ComplianceOne mortgage.
- The user selects from multiple credit service specific options including: a) individual or joint credit pulls, b) single, dual, or tri-merge credit reports, and c) new or reissued credit reports.
- The SettlementOne Credit Interface passes the party and selected credit option data to the SettlementOne Credit Service.
- The SettlementOne Credit Service polls the requested bureaus and returns the credit results and a PDF version of the Credit Report to the SettlementOne Credit Service Interface.
- After reviewing the credit report in the SettlementOne Credit Service interface, the user saves the returned data to ComplianceOne mortgage. The user is returned to the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne mortgage where the returned credit data populates the credit score, credit score factor, credit score details, and credit liabilities.
