Phase
Select 
to
organize tasks/decisions/gates. After dragging to the canvas, drag and resize the phase to
include the task, decisions, gates, and stops you want included in the phase. Complete
the following information in the Phase Properties pane.
- Enter a name for the phase.
- Enter a description.
- For the duration, enter the maximum number of hours, days, or weeks needed to complete the phase.
