Changes
- Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Phase 3B Critical Edits
Updated the Lender
Credits to adhere to UCD Phase 3B critical
edits data requirements in regard to expected values
of the Lender Credit Tolerance Cure Amount submitted
on the transaction. Modified the
LenderCreditToleranceCureAmount data point
processing rules and data mapping to map to a value of 0.00.
This addresses the requirement that the Lender Credit
Tolerance Cure Amount must be provided in the
transaction when a Lender Credits exist and the value is not
$0 (zero). If this conditions are not met on the submitted
UCD file, a critical warning CRIT0093 (Freddie Mac) or code
3656 (Fannie Mae) is thrown.
- Updated DU Underwriting Findings Report
Updated the Desktop Underwriter
feature to now utilize the most recent version of the
Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) Underwriting Findings
report as published by Fannie Mae. The Desktop Underwriter
interface has been update to return a 64-bit encrypted ZIP
file containing a PDF of the enhanced HTML report. Per
Fannie Mae, the DU Underwriting Findings report summarizes
the overall underwriting recommendation and eligibility
component of the loan casefile and lists steps necessary for
the lender to complete the processing of the loan
file.
- OneSumX Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Collateral Owner Date of Birth
Corrected
an issue that caused the collateral (property) owner date of
birth (DOB) to not be included in data submitted to
OneSumX CDD as expected. On the Customer Due
Diligence page, a Collateral Owner Date of
Birth field was added to ensure the collection of
the date of birth and subsequent inclusion in the data
submitted to OneSumX CDD.
- Enable Collection and Use of Middle Name for Loan
Contracts
Modified the administration module to enable
the collection of middle name values on the
Contacts and Organization Details pages.
With this enhancement, the middle name of a loan officer and
any contact will print in transactions including the Deed of
Trust Notary section and application, loan definition, and
collateral pages. For existing transactions, you must
refresh the contact page after adding a middle name to
ensure the middle name is included in the transaction.
- Clearing Policy Group Values for Loan
Corrected a defect on the Loan
Definition and Template Loan Definition
pages that prevented an empty (blank) value in the Policy
Group drop-down list from being saved. Previously,
when a policy group had a value selected, you could not
change and save the Policy Group as blank.

Changes
- Unable to Generate Documents
Corrected an issue that
caused the document generation process to fail when using
the Create Documents option on the Print page.
The error when generating documents is due to conflicts with
barcodes, when enabled, in the organization configuration.
The issue is a defect and not a result of any configuration
or user-defined settings.
- Fannie Mae 3.4 Version Export (MISMO 3.4) Feature
Failing
Corrected an issue that caused the file
download feature in the Fannie Mae Version 3.4
Exports interface (also known as MISMO 3.4 exports)
to fail. The issue was resolved by modifying the download
feature in the interface to adhere to all security protocols
related to enabling file downloads.
- Mortgage Transaction Exports Failing
Resolved an issue
that caused mortgage transaction exports to fail when
processed through a Core Interface. The issue was
related to how special symbols are handled when included in
a transaction. When a transaction contains a special symbol,
such as the ampersand symbol [&}, the transformation
fails.

Changes
- Public Notice Regarding Foreclosure-HI
Added the option to exclude borrower
signatures on the Public Notice Regarding
Foreclosure-HI. This change allows borrower
signatures to be included or excluded on the Public
Notice Regarding Foreclosure-HI document based on
the Document Policy and not case by case on the
transaction menu on the Document Data page. Note: You are encouraged to review your
document policies to determine if changes are needed.
For existing transactions, the signature line will print
to the document. If you refresh a previously chosen
Document Policy or select a new one on the
Loan Definition page, the choice made in your
Document Policy is applied when you create
documents.
- Removed 11th District FHLB Cost of Funds Index
Removed the 11th District
FHLB Cost of Funds index option. The index is
discontinued and no longer available in
Administration or as an option on the
Calculations page for new transactions. The
index, if selected, remains valid and is used on existing
transactions. The 11th District FHLB Cost of
Funds index option was removed as an option from the
list of supported indexes in Administration and the
Index Name lists on the Calculations page,
in templates, and on the Variable Policies in the
Administration. On the Calculations page,
a informational message was added indicating the index is no
longer supported in cases where an existing policy or
template is applied to a new transaction.
- Non-Escrowed Property Costs Not Updating on the Loan Estimate
Corrected an
issue that prevented non-escrowed property items from
displaying on the Estimates Taxes, Insurance &
Assessments section in the Loan Estimate.
This issue occurs in cases where a transaction is imported
through a template. The processing logic was updated to
account for transaction data imported through
templates.
- Lending Page Source Filter
Corrected an issue that prevented the Source
filter from being available on Transaction pages. The
Source filter option shows the source of the loan
inquiry and can be used to search, sort, and filter loan
information on the Lending Page. In the source
column, loans imported through the Mortgagebot
interface are shown as MB 3.4, Fannie Mae version 3.2
as FNMA 3.2, standard import interface as STD 3.1, and the
online application is shown as OLA.
- Closing Phase Fees
Corrected an issue that caused the status and calculated
fee amounts to display inaccurate values on the Closing
Phase Fees section. The status field on the
Closing Phase Fee section was incorrectly
indicating a Changed status in cases where no changes
were applied and certain calculated fee amounts
(Calculated Amt values) were not properly
reflected on the Fee section.
- Buydown Options Disabled for Loan Estimate and Closing
Disclosure Documents
Corrected an issue that allowed
buydown options to appear as an editable option on the
Notes section in the Document Data page.
Prior to this correction, the Temporary Interest Rate
Buydown option was available for editing.
- Housing Counseling Agencies Notice
Corrected an issue
that caused the Housing Counseling Agencies Notice to
fail to display results for the 71051 ZIP Code when entered
on the collateral for parties on the transaction. The
expected result is that 10 closest housing counselors to the
ZIP Code are returned.
- Email Notifications
Corrected an issue that caused
email notifications, based on user-defined settings and
preferences, to not be delivered correctly. The issue was
specific to cases where a CASH Suite customer
attempted to registered with Vanceo.
- Online Application (OLA) Supported File Type Customization
Updated the
Online Application and Document Upload
solutions to allow configuration of file types that
can be uploaded as file attachments. Contact SupportLine for

Changes
- Rebranded the CBC Innovis Credit Service Interface
The CBC Innovis Credit
Reporting credit service, also known as the Kroll
Factual Data credit service, has been changed to
Factual Data by CBC in ComplianceOne and Vanceo
Mortgage. All references to the CBC Innovis Credit
Reporting interface have been replaced by Factual
Data by CBC. This is the result of a brand
unification effort by CBC Innovis and the Kroll
Factual Data credit bureaus under the Factual
Data brand name. Customers of this service have been
migrated to use the Factual Data by CBC
interface.
- Closing Disclosure Paid By Lender and Lender Credit
Corrected an issue that
caused the Variance Type on the Calculations > Fee
Details panel to incorrectly indicate 0% when the
paid to/paid by is set to Lender. This
leads to the associated fee being improperly identified on
the Closing Disclosure document as Paid By
Lender and Lender Credit. The expected
behavior is that the Variance Type updates to a blank
value and is a non-editable field.
- Settlement Agent Refresh
Corrected an issue where the
Refresh button in the Settlement Agent Contact
list (on the Loan Definition page) was not displayed
properly and prevented the selection of a settlement agent
from the list of options.
- Calculation Pages Not Available

Calculations page to not display when
opened.

Changes
- Military Lending Act (MLA) Cosigner and Guarantor
Support
Enabled the selection of Cosigner and
Guarantor options for all transactions associated
with the Military Lending Act (MLA) to comply with
requirements of the legislation.
- Updated Mortgagebot Integration
Updated the integration model for Finastra
Fusion Originate Mortgagebot. This updated integration
establishes a seamless process to import loan information
from the Mortgagebot loan origination solution directly into
ComplianceOne using the Mortgagebot Interface feature in
ComplianceOne. This model supports the MISMO® Industry
Loan Application Dataset (iLAD)
specification.
- Removal of the General Qualified Mortgage Rule
Modified the application to
remove the General Qualified Mortgage (QM) rule type
for new transactions. The option to select the
General QM on the Loan Definition page is no
longer available and policies were updated to now use the
Revised General QM option. The General QM
option remains valid on existing transactions, however, if
an existing transaction is refreshed the value will be reset
to the Revised General rule. The General QM
option is no longer available on the Administration >
Loan Definition Policies Type, the Loan
Definition page, Policies page, or
templates.
- Authorization to Release SSN Verification
Enabled
electronic signature on the Authorization to Release SSN
Verification (SSA-89). To support the Social
Security Administration (SSA) electronic signature
requirements, an option to self-identify as a permitted
entity for the electronic Consent Based Social Security
Number Verification (eCBSV) service is now available
in the Organization Settings pane in the Organization
Information page. To electronically sign the
Authorization To Release SSN Verification
(SSA-89), an organization must be a permitted entity
and qualified participant in the electronic Consent Based
Social Security Number Verification (eCBSV) service.
The option is available to the admin role and the
organization must click Save to confirm status as a
qualified participant for the eCBSV service.
Once selected, all new transactions are automatically
enabled for e-signature capabilities for the
Authorization To Release SSN Verification
document. For existing transactions or copies of existing
transactions, refresh the organization information on the
Application/Loan Definition page to electronically sign the
form. The Authorization To Release SSN Verification
can be signed by a borrower, cosigner, and an authorized
representative who will be signing on behalf of the SSN
holder. The name of the authorized representative can be
entered in the SSA Signer Name field on the Document Data
page.
- Enhanced the Lending Home Page Source Filter
Enhanced the Lending Home
Page to include the ability to filter data based on
the loan source. The Source filter option shows the
source of the loan inquiry and can be used to search, sort,
and filter loan information on the Lending Page. In
the source column, loans imported through the Mortgagebot
interface are shown as MB 3.4, Fannie Mae version 3.2
as FNMA 3.2, standard import interface as STD
3.1, and the online application is shown as
OLA.
- Broker Contacts Not Displayed Properly
Corrected an issue where real estate
brokers, entered as contacts in Administration, were not
available in the Buyer's Real Estate Broker/Seller's Real
Estate Broker drop-down lists on the Collateral page of a
transaction. The issue would occur when the list of contacts
exceeded 10 contacts. The issue was resolved and all entries
from the Administration contact list now are available for
selection in the Collateral Details page.
- Process Changes on a Loan Transaction Error (Vanceo)
Corrected an issue where
changes to a process (for example, removing a process and
replacing it with another) on a loan transaction did not
properly save to the Loan Definition page on the
transaction. This issue occurs as the process changes are
not displayed in the Loan Definition page properly when the
changes are saved.
- Loan Information Report Escrow Amounts
Corrected an
issue where updated escrow amounts on the closing phase are
not properly updated to the Fees and Charges Detail
section on the Loan Information Report. The
report is included in the closing phase when the Include

Changes
- Closing Disclosure Construction Holdback Values
Corrected an issue preventing
constructions costs and the calculated construction holdback
values from updating throughout the system. The construction
holdback amount will immediately update on the
Disbursements and Closing Disclosure pages
when construction costs change. This prints on the
Closing Disclosure document.
- Loan Estimate and Loan Estimate Addendum Shop For
Fees
Corrected an issue where the total amount of fees
from the Services Borrower Can Shop For fees did not
correctly print on the Loan Estimate or Loan
Estimate Addendum. The section, Services Borrower
Can Shop For, allows you to enter fees that are then
included on the Loan Estimate and Loan Estimate
Addendum. When the number of fees exceeded 13
individual fees, the total was incorrectly printed a 0
(zero) on the forms.
- Trustee Fee Not Printing on Deed of Trust
Corrected an issue where the
Trustee Fee was not properly printing in cases
where the transaction included multiple properties. To
enable the fee on multiple collateral, the Trustee
Fee setting was moved to the Collateral
Details page and is available for each collateral
item. With this change, the Trustee Fee is available
on the Calculations page if the property is located
in DC, MD, or NC.
- Validating 4-Digit Years on the Calculations Page
Added
validation to the date fields on the Calculations
page to require a four-digit year (DD/MM/YYYY) on the
Funding Date, Note Date, First Payment Date, and Closing
Date fields in the loan terms section. If the year value on
a date is not entered as a four-digit number, an invalid
date warning message is shown on the page. The allowed date
range is 01/01/1836 to 12/31/2500 and the year must contain
4-digits. These dates are printed on the Closing
Disclosure and certain other notes.

Changes
- Support for Collateral Type Changes
Modified the Application page to
permit changing the type of collateral on an existing
collateral. You can now edit the existing collateral and
simply select a different collateral option in the
Collateral Type drop-down list. You no longer
need to remove the existing collateral entry and create a
new collateral entry.
- HUD 92900 LT Underwriting and Transmittal Summary
Changed how verified
assets on the Financial Analysis page are collected
from a manually entered value to a calculated value. In the
Assets and Liabilities section, a Verified
checkbox was added. This option, when selected for an asset,
calculates the value of the verified asset in the
Verified Total sum of assets. On the same
section, the Override Calculated Verified Assets
Value checkbox option, when selected, uses the
manually entered value if needed. Important: This change will render the verified
assets (amount) field in the Borrower Funds
to Close section on existing transactions as a
non-editable field and set the assets and
liabilities checkbox as "unchecked" by default
on the Financial Analysis page. You should review
all existing transactions (that are not closed) to
confirm the accuracy of the verified assets
amount in the Borrower Funds to Close section of
the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary.
- Signer Unique ID Disclosed on Forms
Corrected an issue where the Unique
ID associated to a signer on collateral printed on
Mortgage forms. The Unique ID is now suppressed and
no longer prints on Mortgage forms.
- Request for Transcript of Tax Return IRS 4506C IVES
Enabled the First Filer
Authorized Representative and Second Filer Authorized
Representative to electronically sign the Request for
Transcript of Tax Return IRS 4506C IVES. The Authorized
Representative is the person who has been delegated the
authority by the taxpayer to sign on their behalf. Once
entered on the form, the parties are available as Recipients
on the Print page to collect additional email and mailing
address information required for electronic
delivery.
- Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate Product Description
Modified how product
loan information on the Closing Disclosure and
Loan Estimate is displayed for single payment
loans with a term of less than 24 months. The product now
displays the year in which payment is due. Previously, the
payment month(s) displayed. For example, the product
previously displayed 13 mo. Balloon Payment, Fixed
Rate) and now displays Year 2 Balloon Payment,
Fixed Rate.
- Empty Page (No Results) Error
Fixed an error that resulted in a blank screen
(no results shown) in certain circumstances after adding a
borrower to a transaction through Vanceo
Mortgage.
- Employment Monthly Income Amount Error
Corrected an issue to include the
employment monthly income amount for all
(multiple) employers on the transaction. In cases where a
borrower had multiple employment lines on the Employment
and Income section of the Party page, the
employment monthly income amount calculation included only
the first and last entry.
- Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Note Addendum, Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider, and
Addendum to the Loan Application
Corrected an issue
where only one party was included in the Settlors
signature section when multiple parties had been designated

Data page. The Closing Instructions document
is used to provide instructions to closing agents to carry
out the procedures to close the loan and transfer the title.
This version has additional lines for property taxes,
earthquake insurance, and the aggregate analysis
adjustment. See How do I add the list of Enclosed Documents on the Closing Instructions?
- Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) and Residential Credit Application
(RCA)
Revised the URLA and RCA documents
to print individual income items in the Gross Monthly Income
tables for self-employed parties. On the documents, the
Current Employment/Self-Employment and Income
section (Section 1b/1c) prints individual income categories
and includes them in the total calculation (these include
base, overtime, bonus, commission, and other incomes) when
the party is defined as a Business Owner or
Self-Employed with an ownership share of less than
25% for either current or previous employment on the
Employment Information page. The revision also
disables the Military Entitlements gross monthly
income option and sets the value to 0.00 for purposes of
income calculations.
- Automatic Transfer Accounts
Revised the Automatic
Transfer Authorization Plain Language document to
establish a common source for the account number. The
account number previously was associated with two unique
data points in the schema; this change establishes a common
data point for the Account Number for Payment
Withdraw on the Automatic Transfer Authorization
Plain Language document as:
/Txn/Notes/Note/AutomaticWithdrawalDepositAccountIdentifier.
- Agreement To Provide Insurance
Revised the Agreement To Provide
Insurance document to 1) add a new section, Proof
of Coverage, below the Additional Terms
section, 2) update the alternative address, Evidence of
Insurance, to include an Entity Name field
that will print on the proof of coverage (if the alternative
address is not included, the organization information is
printed), 3) updated the Applicable Law State section
to only print when the organization jurisdiction is NY or CA
and, 4) changed the Status section to no longer print
checkboxes. On the Administration Policies, two new
options were added to the documents policy. The options,
Include lender signature on the Agreement to Provide
Insurance and Include insurance company signature
on the Agreement to Provide Insurance, determine the
signature to print on the form. In addition, the
Insurance Company and Insurance Agency and
Agent have been moved to the Description of
Property section.
- HMDA Applies Clearing when Importing OLA Inquiries
Corrected an issue where the

Definition page, was cleared when importing an OLA
Inquiry. With this release, the HMDA Applies option
retains the value set in Administration or the template when
importing an OLA Inquiry.
- Employer Alias Name Causing Error
Corrected an issue when processing Freddie
Mac loans when entering an employer alias name to the
Current Employer in a transaction that also
includes a Previous Employer. The alias name resulted
in an error preventing the submission of a loan to the
Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor (LPA) interface.

- Ceiling Rate Error on Loan Terms and Projected Payments
Corrected an issue
where the loan terms and projected payments displayed
incorrectly on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure
forms. An error message displayed on the print page when the

saves the ceiling rate and the documents print
correctly.
- Flood Interface
Corrected an issue preventing the Flood option from appearing
on the action menu in the Application page.
- Updated Late Charge Statement on Agency Loans
Revised the late fee language
presented on Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD)

- Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Phase 3 Critical
Edits
Wolters Kluwer has updated the processing rules
and data mapping in cases where the Loan Discount Points fee
type does not apply to a transaction, for UCD Phase 3 data
requirements. Previously, critical warning CRIT0133 (Freddie
Mac) and code 3506 (Fannie Mae) was displayed when
submitting transactions to UCD. We are now including
the, Qualified Mortgage Short Reset ARM APR Percent, in the
UCD XML file. This new data applies to ARM loans and
reflects the annual percentage rate for the loan based on
the accepted industry standard defined by Regulation Z

an interest rate change within the first five years after
the date on which the first regular periodic payment is
due.

-
The loan-to-value calculation now calculates

available. The updated version includes changes and
additions to the form and enables support for client company

first and second filer to split into First Name,
Middle Name, and Last Name.
- Added a section Previous Name (line 1c) used

The previous name can be entered directly on the
form.
-
Added a section Client Company (line 5d).
The list of alternate addresses in Administration
has been extended to support a new type, Client
Company on the IRS Tax Return.
- A new alternate address option is now available. The
type, Client Company on the IRS Tax Return,
prints to the Request for Transcript of Tax
Return IRS 4506C IVES document when selected.
Specifically, the type populates section 5d.
Client Company on the IRS form.
- A new alternative address option has been added,
IVES participant name, address, and SOR mailbox
ID to the list of options in the Alternative
Address section in the Admin Panel. The existing
alternative address, Address which IRS should use
to send a copy of the IRS Tax Return, was
modified to now include the ability to enter the
SOR Mailbox ID.
- The revised form supports an Authorized
Representative for the first and the second
filer. An authorized representative is the person
delegated the authority by the taxpayer to sign on
their behalf. The name of the authorized
representative can be entered directly in the
signature section of the form (on the Document Data
page).
- CAIVRS Confirmation Code Collected for Borrowers
The
location of the CAIVRS Confirmation Code in the
application was changed. The CAIVRS Confirmation Code
is now available on the Party Details page; previously, it
was located on the Document Data page. Important: You are
encouraged to revisit existing FHA transactions that are
not closed and enter the CAIVRS Confirmation Code on the
Document Data page to the Party Details page
manually.
- Define Primary Employment on Party Details Page
Updated
the Party Details page to allow the designation of a current
employer as the primary employment for the borrower by
selecting the Is This Primary Employment checkbox in
the employment information section. The option is available
for current employment exclusively and can only be applied
to a single current employment. When selected, the
employment will be set in section 1b of the URLA. If the
option is not selected, then the primary employment is
determined based on the employment with the most recent
start date.

Virginia Recordable Documents
There is a known issue on the Virginia recordable documents
where an extra combination of symbols "</u>"
are printing next to some of the surnames shown on the
forms. This is a display error only and is limited to the
Document page. The PDF generation of the Print page is
working correctly. The issue will be resolved in a future
release.
