Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Revised Documents

How do I select Fannie/Freddie revised documents?

The revised forms can be used immediately and must be used as of January 1, 2023.

The Select 2021 Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Rewrite Documents option will be available in Transaction Data on the Document Data page beginning with the September 2022 release for transactions in the closing phase. Selecting this option generates the revised documents on the Document Data and Print Pages.

Beginning December 1, 2022, ComplianceOne Mortgage requires the new forms to be used for all new and copied transactions. The Select 2021 Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Rewrite Documents option will be automatically selected on all transactions that are created or copied on or after December 1, 2022. However, the transactions in the pipeline could be completed with the old versions of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac documents (if needed).

Beginning January 1, 2023, the revised Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac documents will be mandatory for all new and copied transactions. The Select 2021 Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Rewrite Documents will be removed from the Document Data page.
