Activating a Process Template

Activating a process template allows the template to be used in a workflow process.

Note: Before a process template can be activated, a user must be assigned to each role for the template. Verify you have added a user to each role.
Note: A template with errors cannot be activated.
  1. Select Process Templates under General Settings in the left pane.

  2. Complete one of the following to activate a template:
    • For a template with an Inactive state, select the menu and select Activate on the Process Templates grid.

    • Open a process template on the Process Templates grid. Select and Activate.

    • After creating a new process template, select and Activate.

Deactivating a process template

Deactivating a process template prevents the template from being used in a workflow process.

  1. Select Process Templates under General Settings in the left pane.

  2. Complete one of the following to deactivate a template:
    • On the Process Templates grid, select for a template with an Active state, and select Deactivate.

    • Open a process template on the Process Templates grid. Select and Deactivate.
