Transactions Grid
Select Dashboard in the left pane in Vanceo to display information about inquiries in graph and grid formats.
- The list can be searched, sorted, and filtered. Select Custom View for Help information on creating custom views.
- A report of the transactions on the grid can be downloaded.
- Selecting a transaction opens the Summary page with detailed information about the inquiry.

Transaction Name/Loan Information
- The transaction name includes the loan number, primary party name, and inquiry name when available.
- Information displays for the following:
- Type indicates the line of business.
- Amount indicates the amount requested.
- Closing Date indicates the date the loan will close.
- Assignee indicates if the transaction has been assigned or the name of the person assigned to the transaction.
- Organization displays only if the transaction has been imported from ComplianceOne Lending and indicates the organization in ComplianceOne Lending where the transaction originated.

Filtering the grid
- Select Reset to go clear the filters.
- Select Hide to close the filter pane.
Sorting the grid
Select the arrow next to the right of a column heading to sort the column in a ascending or descending column order.

Downloading a Transaction Report
To download an Excel report, customize the grid as needed. Select Download on the grid. An Excel report displays at the bottom of the page for Chrome. If you are using Edge, you will be prompted to save the file.

Select the ellipses icon next to a transaction on the Transactions grid and select View Summary to go to the View Summary page for detailed information about the inquiry and access to additional actions.
Select the ellipses icon next to a transaction on the Transactions grid and select Apply Process, Stop Process, or Remove Process. Available options will depend on the status of the transaction.
