Reviewer Portal

After a borrower enters and validates the required data in Online Application, (OLA), a borrower submits the application inquiry. The lender receives an email notification of the inquiry and opens the Reviewer Portal to review and/or edit inquiries.

The Reviewer Portal has two views: Tasks and History. The following functions are included:

  • Claiming an assigned task.

  • Returning a task to a reviewer's group.

  • Claiming and opening a task.

  • Viewing a copy of the task.

  • Requesting documents.

  • Importing an inquiry into ComplianceOne.

  • Viewing a PDF file with details about an inquiry.
