Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter

Wolters Kluwer has partnered with Fannie Mae to offer access to Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter system via an integration with ComplianceOne. Desktop Underwriter is Fannie Mae’s internet-based system that provides an Automated Underwriting Service (AUS) and related services.

Wolters Kluwer has enhanced our ComplianceOne integration to Desktop Underwriter to support AUS requests for applications using either the existing or new Universal Residential Loan Application (URLA). The current Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter system accommodates AUS service requests for both versions of the URLA.
