Package Rules Meta Data to Authoring Database

The build command grabs the file from the main ORG level to push values to the Authoring Database.

As part of the BuildDB command, it looks for the filename PackageRulesCustomData.xml in a custom repository at the root ORG level that is OPTIONAL. This document is in an XML structure:

These values are added to a new table, PackageRulesCustomData, in the database. These values are then used later in Requirements Editor. This file is NOT part of the Builder Output. These values in the file are also used for all documents in the repository.
