Assembly Options
| Option | Description |

| Default | Select the Default option to honor the DocFormat element found in the Package Doc. This allows a single request to assemble documents with a mixture (PDF, XML, RTF)of document output formats. |
| Multiple PDFs | Instructs the Expere Document Engine to produce the output transaction in multiple, separate PDF documents. |
| Single PDF | Instructs the Expere Document Engine to combine all documents into a single PDF. |
| Merged PDFs | Creates an a.xml*ional .PDF that contains copies of all the individual documents. |
| XML | Instructs the Expere Document Engine to produce the output transaction in XML document. This can then be viewed using the browser. |
| *RTF | Allows creating documents in .xml*ble RTF format, post rendering (*future enhancement). |
| Tagged PDF | Allows creating documents designed for ADA accessiblity. |
The default setting for Assembly Format is Default. The system administrator can configure this setting within the Expere Testing System properties file. For more information, refer to the Expere Implementation Guide – Expere Testing System Installation Instructions.
Assembly Options is maintained during the user session. When initiating a new user session, the default option is automatically selected.
