Nebraska (Nebraska Rev. Stat.)

All financial institutions are authorized to offer joint with survivorship and pay-on-death (POD) accounts pursuant to Section 30-2716 et seq. It appears that all institutions can also offer trust accounts, but Section 30-2716 includes them within the definition of POD accounts and would treat them as a POD account. Section 30-2719 also provides model language only for POD accounts.
