What parties are supported on the Application page?

The Uniform Residential Loan Application supports borrowers and cosigners that can be individuals, sole proprietors, or trusts. Borrowers and cosigners can added on the Application page and will display on the Parties page.

If a trust is added and UCA-RE is selected for Select your credit application on the existing transaction (created prior to the November release), a warning displays stating the trust parties are not supported on the Fannie Mae 1003 Freddie Mac 65 Universal Residential Loan Application and Credit Application Real Estate documents. However, the trust will remain visible and can be designated as an owner for a liability, asset, or property.
