This section describes changes made to the Fulfillment Manager application.
The Fulfillment Manager application has been updated to include a new mailing report that allows users to export mailing statuses as a report in .CSV format (Mailing Statuses Report CSV). Additionally, a new dropdown has been added that allows users to filter this report by Package Status.

Ability to view more than 100 search results now available
Previously if a search query yielded more than 100 results, a message stated that users could only view the first 100 results. Fulfillment Manager has been enhanced to allow users to view more than 100 search results. For more information, see Viewing Mail Search Results.
Ability to sort results now available
When navigating through search results, users can use the up/down arrows for each column to sort the results in ascending or descending order. For more information, see Viewing Mail Search Results.
Packages now sorted by date created when searching
When performing a package search, the search results now display the packages by date created, with the most recent packages appearing at the top of the results view.
Shipping Detail section added to mail search results
Shipping details are now available to users when performing a package search within the Shipping Detail section. For more information, see Performing a Mailing Search.
Delivery Type moved from Recipient Detail to Shipping Details
The Delivery Type was removed from the Recipient Detail section and added to the Shipping Detail section and renamed as Mailing Type.
Attn field added when using a Business Entity
When using a Business Entity, the Attn field now displays the contact name Recipient Detail section.
Error added as Status in Mailing Search Results
Any USPS mailings that have resulted in an error appear with an Error, the Description, and the Time/Date Stamp of the error in the Status History Detail section of the Mailing Search dialog.
Accounts option added to Fulfillment Manager
Accounts have replaced Organizations as the primary container for customer data. Users can now select a specific account from the Accounts dropdown to process a new transaction. Organizations now act as a means to organize transactions; for example: branches.

Ability to export/extract all information for all requests
Users can download a .ZIP file containing the following information:
From the Package Details section, click the DOWNLOAD DETAIL button. For more information, see Mailing Details screen.
Ability to display additional information
The following changes have been made to the Mailing Results dialog:
Invalid user error addressed
Previously, a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error appeared when logging in as an invalid user.
A "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. You are not licensed for this product" message now appears when logging in as an invalid user.
Postage cost/fulfillment per transaction defined
A new DOWNLOADS section within the Fulfillment Manager application allows users to obtain a report of the postage cost/fulfillment per transaction. For more information, see Downloading Reports.
