Bulk Operations

Overview

A bulk operation allows a user to quickly and efficiently take action on multiple items. Bulk operations may be helpful in the following situations:

  • When a user’s tasks need to be redistributed among others because of vacation, illness, or other circumstances.

  • When a user wants to pick up multiple tasks to work on.

  • When a user wants to mark multiple tasks complete instead of marking each task individually.

With bulk operations, a user can select multiple tasks and select to assign multiple tasks.

With bulk operations, a user can select multiple tasks and select to set the status for multiple tasks.

How do I access Bulk Operations?

Bulk operations can be performed in two places in Vanceo.

  1. On the Dashboard in the Tasks grid.
    Note:
    To access the Tasks grid, select on the Dashboard.

  2. On the Transaction Summary page.
    Note:
    To access the Transaction Summary for a transaction, select a transaction on the Transactions Summary page or select and View Summary.
