Can I calculate the payments on full commitment amount for Construction period?

ComplianceOne Mortgage supports two types of construction calculations: on the full loan amount and on the half of loan amount.

To make calculations on the full commitment amount for the Construction period, select Calculate payments for construction loans based on the entire commitment amount. The option is located in the Calculation Policy in Administration.

If Calculate payments for construction loans based on the entire commitment amount is not selected, the calculations are made on half of the loan amount for the construction period which is the default calculation type.
