What is the Charges Affecting the APR section

This section of the Calculation Results lists the total of the fees affecting the APR as well as the total number of odd days and the associated prepaid odd days interest. Mortgage Insurance information including prepaid insurance, escrowed mortgage insurance, and insurance renewal totals are also listed. The total of these items plus the interest accrued on the loan is shown as the Total Finance Charge.
