Loan Parties Sections

Five of the six sections of data collection are related to the party identified in the section. (i.e. Borrower, Appraiser, Appraiser Supervisor, Loan Originator, and Loan Origination Company)

  • The Borrower section will repeat based upon the number of borrowers on the loan.

  • Other sections may or may not be expanded for data collect based on information collected within ComplianceOne.

  • The Other Party Identifiers section allows you to select and include additional parties for your loan such as Loan Seller, Other, or Warehouse Lender, etc.
