User Scenario: Verification Services

The Validation Services section of the Desktop Underwriter Interface includes asset and income information.

Select to add a row for collecting either asset, income or employment details for each applicable borrower on a loan. Complete all four items in the row for a successful submission.

• Borrower: Select the applicable borrower from the list.
• Verification Type: Select Asset, Income or Employment in the list.
• Verification Company: Select the external service provider used for the asset, income or employment services.
• Report Number: Enter the unique report number from the service provider for the service.
