How do I import a party?

After the interface is set up in Interface Manager from the Parties page (+Borrower, +Cosigner, +Guarantor, +Related Parties) or the collateral details page (+Collateral Owner), select Import from Core.

Search for the parties and select the ones you want to import. Select Complete to continue the import process to search for duplicate records and update existing parties or create new parties.

If you want to update an existing party, click Select Party to search for existing parties. On the Party Search page select the party you want to update. If there is nothing in the list, the party does not already exist and a new one should be created by using Create New Party.
