Add, Copy, and Delete a Transaction

Add a Transaction

Transactions can be added on the Transactions Grid.

To add a transaction, select . Select a line of business (Example: Create Mortgage.) Complete the information.

Copy a Transaction

Copying a transaction copies all financial information from an existing transaction into a newly created transaction. A transaction in the Transaction grid with a 'Copy' prefix in the loan number is identical to the original except that transaction comments, task comments, and tasks associated with the original transaction are not copied.

To copy a transaction, you must be assigned the Copy Transaction permission in Security Administration.

To copy a transaction, select and Copy Transaction.

Note: If you have been assigned the Apply Process permission in Security Administration, you can apply a process to the newly created transaction.

Delete a Transaction

Deleting a transaction completely removes a transaction from the Transaction grid for all users.

To delete a transaction, you must be assigned the Delete Transaction permission in Security Administration.

To delete a transaction, select and Delete Transaction.
