Import a Transaction

A person can import a transaction created in ComplianceOne Lending. Select Import Consumer on the Dashboard to import a new transaction or update an existing transaction.

• A person must have the 'Import/Export Consumer/Commercial Transaction' permission assigned in Security Administration to have access to the feature.
• Only .xml files can be uploaded.
• The loan must have a type selected in ComplianceOne Lending for the import to work correctly.
  • If Import Consumer is selected, the loan cannot be business or agricultural.
  • If Import Commercial, a personal loan cannot be imported.
• If the imported transaction does not have a transaction ID in Vanceo or a loan number in ComplianceOne Lending, a new transaction will be created and the Transaction Summary page will display.
• If the imported transaction has a transaction ID in Vanceo or a loan number in ComplianceOne Lending, the user can update an existing transaction or create a new one.
