How are financed fees collected on a balloon loan?

Financed fees (fees collected as Add to the Amount Requested or Subtract from Proceeds) will be included in the regular payments and the balloon payment. The ability to amortize financed fees over just the regular payments and hold the balloon constant is not supported at this time.
