Request Status

A package is sent to WK E-Sign in the Request Status section. Selecting Send to WK E-Sign sends a package. If the send was unsuccessful, errors will display. If the send was successful, a successful response and Tracking IDs will display as shown.
Note: The Send to WK E-Sign button will be disabled in several scenarios and indicate an item is not completed correctly. When you hover over the button, a list of items display that need correcting. Examples include: no documents selected, no recipients selected, missing email or mailing address, and/or missing absolute expiration date.

To view the data that was sent and the response tracking IDs, select Download Log File. The log file can be saved with your transaction files after it opens, but will not be available in ComplianceOne after you leave the page or complete another Send to WK E-Sign.
