Power User
Permissions and Descriptions
The Vanceo "Power User" default role contains the following permissions.
| Default Permission | Permission Group | Description |

| Apply Process | Vanceo | Allows a user to apply a process to an associated transaction. |
| Assign Tasks for All Role(s) | Vanceo | Allows a user to assign tasks to any user in any workflow role. |
| Assign Tasks for My Role(s) | Vanceo | Allows a user to assign tasks to another user in one of their workflow roles. |
| Basic Vanceo Access | Vanceo | Allows a user access to Vanceo. This is the minimum required permission for a Vanceo user. |
| Categorize Attachments | Vanceo | Allows a user to create categories for attachments. |
| Claim/Assign Inquiries | Vanceo | Allows a user to claim and assign inquiries. |
| Claim Assigned Tasks | Vanceo | Allows a user to claim an assigned task. |
| Claim Unassigned Tasks | Vanceo | Allows a user to claim an unassigned task. |
| Create Consumer/Commercial Transaction | Vanceo | Allows a user to create consumer and commercial transactions. |
| Delete Attachments | Vanceo | Allows a user to delete attachment. |
| Delete Inquiry | Vanceo | Allows a user to delete an inquiry. |
| Import/Export Consumer/Commercial Transaction | Vanceo | Allows a user to import and export consumer and commercial transactions. |
| Manage Roles | Vanceo | Allows a user to view and edit process roles. |
| Manage Users | Vanceo | Allows a user to view and edit assigned process roles for users. |
| Remove Process | Vanceo | Allows a user to remove a process associated to a transaction. |
| Rename Attachments | Allows a user to rename an attachment. | |
| Reopen Tasks for All Roles | Vanceo | Allows a user to reopen any task for any workflow role after it has been completed. |
| Stop Process | Vanceo | Allows a user to stop a process associated to a transaction. This also stops any tasks currently active. |
| Upload Attachments | Vanceo | Allows a user to upload attachments. |
