What is a session?

A session allows a user to be uniquely identified from other users. When you first authenticate or login, you are uniquely identified, and a session is started allowing you to interact with ComplianceOne without continually having to re-authenticate as long as you remain active. After a 20-minute period of inactivity, the session is ended.

Activity is defined as navigating between pages, entering data, or scrolling on page.
