What is Original Note Date?

For modification transactions, the date of closing of the existing loan being modified would be entered as the Original Note Date in the At Origination section of the Calculations page.

This date will print to or be used in the following documents when applicable: Loan Modification Agreement, Release-Party, Modification Agreement – Mortgage, and Modification Agreement – Deed of Trust.
