- Loan Amortization Type [ID 497]
Select the classification or description of the loan generally based on the changeability of the rate or payment over time. Options include:
- Adjustable Rate
- Fixed
- Rate Improvement Mortgage
- Balloon Indicator [ID 499]
Select if a final balloon payment is required under the terms of the loan repayment schedule to fully pay off the loan.
- Line Priority Type [ID 507]
Select the priority of the lien against the subject property. 'First' is the option that displays.
- Original Note Amount [ID 509]
Enter the amount to be repaid as disclosed on the Note.
- Loan Maturity Period Count [ID 503]
Enter the scheduled number of periods (as defined by Loan Maturity Period Type) after which a debt will mature.
