This section has numerous data elements that may be required or conditionally required.

  • Investor Contract Number [ID 400] (conditionally required for MBS loans)

    Enter a unique identifier for a group of loans identified as part of a cash pool or a security pool. Enter the identifier assigned when the commitment was obtained.

  • Related Loan Investor Type [ID 222] (conditionally required)

    Select the investor of the associated loan. Options include:

    • FRE

    • Seller

  • Related Investor Loan Identifier [ID 221]

    Enter the 9-digit Freddie Mac-supplied number assigned to the original Mortgage when the Mortgage was initially sold to Freddie Mac.
