What fields are required in ComplianceOne mortgage to successfully request a SettlementOne Credit Service?

Why can’t I select a credit Bureau for a Consumer or Mortgage Credit request within the SettlementOne Credit Service Interface view?

Available Credit Bureaus are pre-configured by your ComplianceOne System Administrator within Interface Manager. Configurations are based upon contracted services between your Financial Institution and SettlementOne.

Why can’t I see my Sole Proprietorship Borrower in the SettlementOne Credit Service Interface view?

ComplianceOne mortgage does not support credit service requests for a borrower who has been added to the transaction as sole proprietorship type. A credit report can be requested by adding the borrower as an individual.
