In order to deliver a product that our end users can rely upon, we must consider the conversation that we have with them during this interaction. The voice in which we speak to our customers greatly affects their perception of Wolters Kluwer and our ability to provide them a positive experience. We must provide a consistent, recognizable voice to help ensure that positive experience.
