Email Communication to Certificate User

Hello,

The following Expere Document Services User has been created for your Workflow Integration.

Account Name: [enter account name here]

Customer Number: [enter customer number here]

Username: [enter username here]

Perform the following steps to obtain integration details required for API configuration and authentication:

  1. Launch Security Administration Application using the following URL:

    [enter either the Production URL or EDS-CT URL here depending upon the request]

  2. Login using the Username provided in this email.
  3. The User Profile page displays.
  4. Click on the Accounts tab. The list of Accounts the user is assigned to displays.
  5. Click the desired Account record to access additional details.
  6. Click the Client Authentication tab.
  7. Click the Client ID record to display the Client Information page. Obtain the following information which is required for API configuration and authentication.
    1. Client ID
    2. Certificate (click the icon to download the certificate)
    3. Selected Scope Name(s)
Note: The downloaded certificate needs to be converted to base64 format as the API token request requires the certificate to be in this format. Base64 conversion can be done using a Powershell script, C# code, freeware, etc. Choose the method approved by your Organization’s processes.
