Task Details

The Task Details page displays specific information needed to complete a task and high level information about the transaction linked to the task. On the Task Details page:

Tasks can be completed, reopened, assigned, and reassigned.
Transaction details can be viewed.
Comments can be viewed and added.

The Task Details page can be accessed by any of the following actions:

Select and View Details on the Tasks grid page.
Select and View Details on the Transactions Details page.
Select and View Details for a specific task on the Transaction Summary.
