Discrepancies

The Discrepancies option allows Outsource Mappers to identify those orders that are discrepancies and move it to a different work queue. See Discrepancies (Outsource Mappers only) for more information.

1. Select Retrieve/Discrepancies; the list of available discrepancies appears.
   
   
   
2. Click the Cert. No. for the desired order to open it.
