On the Flood Determination Services login screen, enter your username and password and click Login.
Note: Prior to login, every user must have a default lender contact created. If a default lender contact has not been created, you will receive the following error message:
- You do not have a lender contact configured. Please contact your administrator.
An FDS Admin can add a lender contact for users. If you need assistance creating a lender contact Wolters Kluwer Financial Services at (800) 447-7893.
Click Forgot Password to use the self-service password reset process.
The system will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. After 19 minutes of inactivity, a message appears informing the user that the system will time out.
