Running Reports

There are three available SDX Admin reports.
  • The Transaction Totals Report shows the number of packages by kilobyte size that was sent out for all users (or individual user if that was the criteria in the report options). This report is typically used to reconcile the SDX invoice.
  • The Transaction Summary report shows detailed information on the individual packages that were sent or received. The criteria for running the report can be based on as few or many status variables needed by package type (paper, standard). The report displays standard information, as well as specific meta data selected by the user.
  • The List All Users Report shows a list of all the users in the system.
To run an Admin report:
  1. Click the Reports link from the Support section of the navigation menu. The Report Group screen is displayed with a list of currently configured groups.

Note: You may need to expand group containers to view subgroups. The above image displays the top level group expanded.
  2. Click on the link for the group for which you wish to run a report. The Reports screen is displayed.
  3. Select the desired options within the Options and Trasnsaction Summary Report sections.
Note: All options may not apply to all customers. For example; if a customer does not use WKFS paper services, there is no reason to select any options under Paper .
  4. Click the desired Run Report button. A dialog box is displayed prompting you to open or save the report.
  5. Either:
    • Click Open to view the report in a new window.
    • Click Save to save the report to your computer. The standard Windows Save As dialog is displayed allowing you to select a location in which to save the file. This allows you to use the Excel functionality (sorting, etc.) for your report.
The following table describes the features of the Reports screen. (review note: does this look/function the same on windows 10?)
