To reset an existing user's password:
- Click the Reset Password link from the Support/Users section of the navigation menu. The Choose User screen is displayed.
- Search for the desired user as indicated in the Finding Users procedure.
- Click the desired user from the Search results. The Reset User Password screen is displayed.
As this screen indicates; if you continue, the selected user's password will be reset to a randomly generated value and the user will be notified by email.
When the user logs into SDX using the random password, that user will be prompted immediately to change the password.
- Click the Reset button. You are returned to the Welcome page.
