Copying an Existing Account

To copy an account, select the Copy symbol next to the account. The account appears in the list with a “Copy of <Account Name>.” Select the account. Change the account name, and set up users and roles as applicable.

  • The copied account will have the same Customer Number and licensed products as the original account.

  • Initially, the person copying the account will be the only user in the User list. Users can be added.

  • Roles and permissions of the person copying the account will default into Roles and Permissions. Roles/Permissions can be added, and existing Roles/Permissions can be deselected.
