How does the sort work?

The party list can be sorted in a transaction or in Party Management. The sort preferences are retained throughout a single transaction.

• When you navigate to the home page, the sort preferences are cleared.

• The sort preferences are not retained in the copy address or related parties party list.

• To sort multiple columns, press the shift key and select a column. The first column selected the primary sort field.

• The party list can be sorted by name or SSN/EIN. When sorting by SSN/EIN, the SSN values are displayed first followed by the EIN values.
