Why did my session time out?

To protect against unauthorized use, your session will be ended after 20 minutes of inactivity. When this occurs, the Session Expired message displays. After an extended period of inactivity (15 minutes), the Inactive Session message displays allowing you to continue the session without re-authenticating.

If you do not indicate you want to continue the session, your session will be ended after the 20-minute period of inactivity, and the Session Expired message will display when returning to the browser session.
