Indexes (Applies to Mortgage Transactions)

In the Indexes section, an account administrator can set up and maintain interest rate indexes for mortgage transactions.

Wolters Kluwer will maintain historical information for several indexes. Indexes that have User Defined equals No will have the 15-year historical information saved. It is the responsibility of the account administrator to maintain the 15-year historical rate information on User-Defined indexes.

An index’s current rate is used in variable rate mortgage policies.
