Click the side arrow at the top of the page and select SETUP.

Configuring the Days to Expire Setting

The Days to Expire field allows users to identify the number of days to retain transaction data and documents; this setting should only be used when the default (7 days) does not fit customer needs. Additionally, those users who wish to immediately delete their transaction data should enter a value of "-1" in the Days to Expire field.
Tip: Note the following:
  • Wolters Kluwer will configure this value per customer request.
  • The Days to Expire allows up to 255 numeric characters.

Enter a desired value in the Days to Expire field. Click Save; click Cancel to return to the SETUP page without applying the change.
Note: Users can set a value between 1-60.
