Inquires Grid
Inquiries Grid
The default view of the Inquiries grid displays all the inquires for the selected account. The oldest inquiries display first by default. Select Dashboard in the left pane and the Inquiries tab in the right pane in Vanceo to display the Inquiries grid.
- Customizing the grid: The inquiries grid can be customized by filtering, sorting, selecting a color/section in the Inquiries graph, and searching. After the grid is customized, it can be saved as a Custom view. Select Custom View for Help information on creating custom views.
- Grid actions: Grid actions include: adding and deleting inquiries, downloading reports, and accessing the Summary page.

Adding an Inquiry
Select + Add to add an Inquiry. For Help information, select Adding an Inquiry.
Downloading an Inquiry Report
To download an Excel report, customize the grid as needed. Select Download on the grid. An Excel report displays at the bottom of the page for Chrome. If you are using Edge, you will be prompted to save the file.
Select the ellipses icon next to an inquiry name on the Inquiries grid and select View Summary to go to the View Summary page for detailed information about the inquiry and access to additional actions.
Select the ellipses icon next to an inquiry name on the Inquiries and select Delete Inquiry to delete the inquiry.
