Vanceo Mortgage

Wolters Kluwer Online Application (OLA) is an online application that is delivered to Vanceo Mortgage via Automated Data Import (ADI).

The workflow for this process includes Online Application, Reviewer Portal, and Vanceo Mortgage.

  • In Online Application (OLA), the borrower submits an application inquiry.

  • In the Reviewer Portal, the lender claims and reviews the inquiry and sends it to Vanceo Mortgage. For Help information using the Reviewer Portal in Online Application, select Reviewer Portal.

  • In Vanceo Mortgage, the lender applies a loan template if applicable and verifies party information. For Help information about working with inquiries, select Vanceo Mortgage Application.

  • The lender completes the transaction in Vanceo Mortgage or moves the transaction to Vanceo Dashboard.
