When using a settlement agent that is an entity, what name prints in the first row of the Settlement Agent column in the Contact Information section of the Closing Disclosure?

If Organization is Settlement Agent is selected when adding a settlement agent contact in Administration, the Entity Name displays in the Settlement Agent list on the Loan Definition page when a transaction is created. The agent contacts for the entity display in the Settlement Agent Contact list.

• When an entity settlement agent has Organization is Settlement Agent selected in Administration, the legal name of the selected organization on the Loan Definition page will print.
